Good to know

Frequently asked

Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Pala works great on iPhone alone. If you do have an Apple Watch, you can score from your wrist and the two stay in sync automatically.
How does scoring work?
Tap the team that won the point. Pala follows standard padel rules — games to 40 with deuce or golden point, sets won at 6 games by two, and a tie-break at 6–6. You choose best of 1, 3 or 5 when you start. New to it? Read our guide to how padel scoring works.
Can I undo a point?
Yes. Tap undo during a match to reverse the last point — as many times as you need. On Apple Watch you can also turn the Digital Crown back.
Does Pala track my fitness?
If you allow it, each match is saved as a workout to Apple Health with duration, calories and — with an Apple Watch — heart rate. It's off by default and you can change it any time.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. Pala has no servers and no account. Sync between iPhone and Apple Watch is a direct Bluetooth connection that never passes through us.
How much does it cost?
Pala is free to download on the App Store.
